Current vacancies

IEA Hamburg has a vacancy for a Software Developer (C#) to support studies in Germany and internationally. This is a full time (40 hrs/week) position for an initial two-year contract. 

IEA Hamburg has an immediate vacancy for a full time (40 hrs/week) Technischen Redakteur to prepare technical documentation in German and English.

IEA Hamburg has an immediate opening for a full time Research Analyst to support the Quality Assurance, Programs and Manuals (QUAM) team in the International Studies Unit. Please see here for more details.

Our academic visitor program


The IEA welcomes academic visitors who wish to benefit from IEA Hamburg's vibrant research culture, and gain experience with IEA's international research activities. The program exists to build links and encourage collaboration with other research organizations around the world, enabling academics and practitioners the opportunity to work together on joint research projects, and exchange ideas and expertise with our own resident research staff. This is an opportunity to work closely with IEA researchers in our Hamburg office, who will endeavor to provide support and help develop your own research goals.
