Executive Director, TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center, Boston College
Dr. Ina Mullis is Executive Director of the TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center and a long-standing member of TEG. She is a Professor at Boston College in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development's Department of Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment. Over her 20 years with IEA Beginning with TIMSS in 1995 and then founding PIRLS, Dr. Mullis has played a key leadership role in building TIMSS and PIRLS into the global assessment programs they are today.
