Ralph Carstens is a Senior Research Advisor at IEA Hamburg. He coordinates the initiation and conceptual development of new studies, projects and partnerships with a focus on non-IEA studies. He further provides advice on technical and methodological solutions and innovations to the IEA Hamburg's Executive Team.
