The IEA IRC 2021 Organizing Committee together with the host, the Ministry of Education UAE, are fully committed to organizing an engaging conference in November 2021, and we continue to invite proposals for individual papers, symposia, or posters. In recognition of the impact of COVID-19, and as we remain committed to prioritizing the health and safety of IRC participants, we have decided that a hybrid mode will be made available for presenters. Next to our on-site sessions, we will be offering remote presentation options within a predefined time window. The remote sessions will be scheduled according to Gulf Standard Time (GST).
