IEA presented at CIES 2023 from 14-22 February in Washington, D.C.
This year's conference theme, "Improving Education for a More Equitable World," addressed real-world issues related to reforming education globally so that each child has access to education.
International large-scale assessments in education are considered a suitable source of information to measure and monitor progress towards SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) 4 indicators, offering systematic information from 100+ education systems. Using data from Rosetta Stone, Dirk Hastedt, IEA Executive Director, will present on equating regional assessment results with international assessments using statistical linking.
