The 9th IEA IRC will take place in Dubai and online on 16–18 November 2021 in partnership with the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education. On-site Participation
The 9th IEA International Research Conference (IRC), will take place on 16–18 November 2021 at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Registration will be open on site daily between 08:00 and 09:00 am GST (local time).
A special welcome reception is planned on Monday, 15 November at 19:00–21:00 GST at the IRC conference venue and all on site participants are invited.
A social dinner is planned for all IRC on-site participants at restaurant Ana on Wednesday, 17 November at 19:00 GST. Buses will be available to take guests to the event. The buses will leave at 18:30 pm from the front IRC venue entrance. Don’t be late! The buses will also return to the IRC venue after the dinner, at 21:00.
The last day of the IEA IRC will conclude with a visit to the Expo 2020 for all on-site IRC participants. We look forward to welcoming you in Dubai!
Online Attendees
IRC sessions for online attendees take place between 16–18 November 2021. For all those who have registered to attend the virtual IRC, you should have received a link to the NXTSHOW virtual platform. If you have not received a link to login, please contact the IRC Organizers at irc@iea.nl
IRC sessions for online attendees commence daily at 09:00 am GST (local time). Each session will conclude with a question and answer section, where the involvement of online attendees will be appreciated. All hybrid sessions and online sessions (see program) can be seen on-demand within the virtual platform.
Online Presenters, Panelists, Moderators, Discussants and Chairs
For those participating in the IEA IRC as either a presenter, panelist, moderator, discussant or chair, you should by now have access to the NXTSHOW virtual platform. If you have not received a link to login, please contact the IRC Organizers at irc@iea.nl
For those participating in IRC session online, you should also receive an additional Zoom link for the session(/s) that you are involved in. This is the Zoom link that those who have a role in an IRC session (e.g., presenting/chairing/moderating) must log into to participate in your session. You should have received a Zoom link for each individual session that you are involved in. If you have not received any Zoom links, please contact the IRC Organizers at irc@iea.nl
