IEA-ETS Research Institute (IERI) will host a three-day Autumn Academy in Hamburg on assessment designs and the use of Item Response Theory (IRT) and population modeling in large-scale assessments.
The goal of the Autumn Academy is to familiarize participants with the topics related to assessment designs and IRT. The Academy will enable them to use commercially and freely available software to conduct appropriate IRT analysis and generate proficiency estimates or plausible values.
There are 25 places available. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
