IEA is delighted to present insights from IEA studies at the 38th Annual Conference of the Association for Educational Assessment in Africa (AEAA).
The conference will take place at the Avani Victoria Falls Resort in Livingstone, Zambia, where researchers will exchange ideas and present on the theme of "Harmonization of Educational Assessment on the African Continent."
IEA is delighted to present on Educational Assessments in Emergencies using findings from participating countries Burkina Faso, Rwanda, Kenya, and Ethiopia in IEA's Responses to Educational Disruption Survey (REDS) International Report. REDS provides an internationally-comparable snapshot of the impacts and responses to educational disruption during the COVID-19 health crisis. The session will take place on Tuesday, 23 August, from 16:00 in Room two at the conference center.
Colleagues from the UNESCO Institute for Statistics will also present key takeaways from Rosetta Stone, a capacity-building project that compares regional ERCE and PASEC assessment results to TIMSS and PIRLS Benchmarks.
