The IEA Research for Education Series are in-depth, peer-reviewed, open-access thematic reports investigating critical questions concerning educational policies and educational research. Publications are based on secondary analyses of IEA data and the goal is to encourage international dialogue focusing on policy matters and technical evaluation procedures.
We invite authors to submit their proposals to author a new volume of the series based on TIMSS data. The general theme of the report is to use TIMSS data to propose and use methods to examine the stability and measurement comparability of student background constructs over time. IEA will fund both author and production costs for the publication.
