IRC 2025 - Poster Submissions

The IEA IRC is delighted to continue the tradition of a poster session, poster prize, and poster raffle.

Why Submit a Poster?
Submitting a 400-to-450-word poster proposal is a valuable way to engage and get acquainted with IEA studies and data, particularly for participants attending IRC for the first time. A poster proposal also provides submitters the chance to share their work with conference participants.

IRC Poster Prize
IEA awards a poster prize of €500 for the best poster submitted to the International Research Conference (IRC), in memory and recognition of Professor Papanastasiou’s enthusiastic long-term contributions to building and supporting the educational research community that we enjoy today.

There is an exciting change to the IRC Poster Prize competition in 2025. At the 11th IEA IRC, which will be held in Rome, Italy 25–27 June 2025, the poster winner will be determined by popular vote by conference participants and IEA representatives attending the poster session.

Raffle for Free Entry
All those students who submit a poster to the IEA IRC 2025, that adheres to the poster submission guidelines will automatically be entered in a raffle for one free registration to the 2025 IEA IRC in Rome, Italy. Entry is valued at €170, and a winner will be drawn on 15 January 2025 and will be notified by email.
