IEA’s committees are comprised of international leaders in educational assessment who kindly donate their time and expertise to help develop and enhance our activities.
The Technical Executive Group is consulted on all technical aspects of study implementation, from survey design and instrument construction, to sampling and statistical analysis. The work of the committee involves close cooperation with the international study directors and other study officers.
We thank Dr Norman Verhelst (Eurometrics, The Netherlands) who recently retired from the TEG after many years of dedicated service. We are delighted to welcome Professor Irini Moustaki (London School of Economics, UK) as our new TEG member.
The Publications and Editorial Committee provides expert review and guidance to ensure the high quality of IEA publications. We thank retiring PEC members Dr Jonthan Plucker (John Hopkins University, USA) and Professor Fernando Reimers (Harvard University, USA) for their dedicated service.
