About ICILS 2023
ICILS 2023 addressed a question of critical interest today: How well are students prepared for study, work, and life in a digital world? ICILS 2023 continued and extended the work of the previous cycles, through the use of CIL (computer information literacy) and CT (computational thinking) as outcome measures of digital literacy education in schools, and by seeking to measure and explain how the contexts in which CIL and CT are being developed relate to student learning in these areas.
